| internet wasn't working last night. but yesterday was ok. i only worked out once because i was sore as a whore from the previous day. however, it was a nice relaxing run. i'll only be able to work out once today because thursdays are always hectic but i'll work my ass off when i do.

| Starting Thanksgiving diet noww.
20 days of starvation.
440 cals consumed today. Fuckfuck that bubble tea was 240?! Fuuuuuuuuuck.
Oh well, I worked out twice, although the second was a half ass work out. Gotta get back on this.

From now on:
- No more than 400 cals allowed per 24 hours
- Fast every Tuesday (this week I'll fast Wednesday-tomorrow-because I obvi didn't fast today)
- Update my xanga daily
- Run at least 2 miles + abs daily
- Weights at least 4 times a week

but i have met a lot of guys this weekend, and its only friday. im not ready to date yet but i def know they were into it.

| Binge binge binge.
I'm only allowing myself 400cal tomor, which will probably all be take up by frozen yogurt (taking my little in the sorority out). But I'll do an hour workout, half cardio half toning. I really need to get a second workout in also because I'm going to a party tomorrow night and need to be lookin good. Also getting my brows waxed. The rest of the day will be practicing italian. I got this.

| Fasting today.
I need to be working on (9:40-10:40)italian homework so I can save my break after (11-11:45)class for my (12-2)italian composition(2-4). I also need to study math(4-6) fore my exam on Friday, workout (6:30-8-30min run, weights, abs), italian homework(8-9) and clean my bathroom. I'm leaving no room for food. No room for food, none, none, none.
